Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WishQR, we want you to have a seamless experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment. By completing a purchase on wishqr.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

1Nature of the Service

WishQR offers a digital service โ€” upon successful payment, a personalized premium wish page is generated and a unique shareable link and QR code are delivered instantly.

Because the service is delivered immediately and digitally upon payment confirmation, it is governed by the rules applicable to digital goods and services under Indian consumer law and Razorpay's payment policies.

2No Cancellation After Payment

Once a payment has been successfully processed and your premium wish page has been generated, the order is considered fulfilled. Cancellation of a completed order is not possible because:

  • The digital product (wish page + QR code) is generated and delivered instantly
  • The unique shareable link is active and accessible immediately
  • No physical goods are involved that can be returned

3Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:

  • Double / Duplicate Payment: Your account was charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
  • Payment Deducted, Page Not Generated: Your payment was successfully debited but no wish page or QR code was created or delivered within 24 hours.
  • Technical Failure on Our End: A verified server-side error caused the service to be completely non-functional despite a successful payment.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after the wish page has been generated
  • Dissatisfaction with the visual design or content of the generated page
  • Errors in content entered by the user (name, message, photos)
  • Inability to share the link due to recipient-side issues
  • Internet connectivity issues on the user's side

4Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email us at support@wishqr.com within 7 days of the payment date. Your email must include:

  • The email address used at the time of payment
  • Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID (available in your payment confirmation email)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Screenshot or proof of payment (if available)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve it within 7โ€“10 business days of verification.

5Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method:

  • UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card (INR): 5โ€“7 business days after approval
  • Credit Card (INR): 7โ€“10 business days (subject to your bank's processing time)
  • PayPal / International (USD): 5โ€“10 business days via Razorpay's PayPal refund flow

WishQR does not charge any fee for processing refunds. Any payment gateway charges already deducted at the time of the original transaction may not be recoverable and will not be included in the refunded amount.

6Failed / Pending Payments

If your payment failed but money was deducted from your account, it is typically reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5โ€“7 business days. If the amount is not reversed after this period, please contact us at support@wishqr.com with your payment details and we will assist in initiating a manual refund through Razorpay.

7International Payments (PayPal / USD)

For users outside India paying in USD via PayPal through Razorpay checkout:

  • The same refund eligibility conditions in Section 3 apply
  • Refunds will be processed in USD to the original PayPal account
  • Currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences at the time of refund are outside our control and are governed by PayPal's policies
  • International refund timelines may vary based on PayPal and Razorpay processing time

8Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@wishqr.com before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your access to the generated wish page. WishQR reserves the right to provide evidence to Razorpay, PayPal, or the relevant bank to contest fraudulent or invalid chargebacks.

9Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, India.
